1-Year Unconditional Warranty

Every Serenity manufactured component is covered by 1-year unconditional warranty, including:

Crashes & Impact Damage – If you break it, we replace it. No questions asked.

Manufacturing Defects – If a Serenity component fails due to material or workmanship defects, we’ll replace it.

Wear & Tear – Even from normal riding, if your Serenity component wears out within 1 years, we’ll send you a new one.

How to Make a Claim

1.  Provide Proof of Purchase – Warranty applies only to the original owner. This can be found on your Account.
2. Take a Photo – Send a clear image of the damaged component. Additionally, if possible, a clear image of where/how the component was installed.
3. Submit Claim – Fill in the form bellow or send your claim to warranty@serenitycomponents.com.au with your proof of purchase and photos.
4. We Ship a Replacement – Once approved, we’ll send you a new component.

Not Covered

• Non-Serenity Products – This warranty applies only to components manufactured by Serenity.
• Second-Hand Purchases – The warranty is only valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.
• Intentional Damage or Modifications – Components deliberately altered, improperly installed, or modified in a way that affects performance may not be covered.
• Cosmetic Wear – Scratches, fading, or other aesthetic changes that don’t affect function are not covered.
